Quest for Excellence [Q4E] collaborates with organizations impacting the social, emotional, economic and political circumstances of marginalized youth and their families. We offer programming, networking, resources to generate opportunities that change lives.
Youth Development
Quest for Excellence [Q4E] offers a holistic approach to improving the trajectory of youth and their families. Our programs enrich their development in the areas of cultural history, self management, financial literacy, goal setting and education and workforce development.
Workforce Development
Successful youth are supported by successful families. Creating opportunities for parents and caregivers stabilize the family structure and positively impact communities. Q4E has a particular interest in supporting the families of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people. Workforce development training, employment and entrepreneurial business support has the capacity to change the trajectory of a family. Q4E has expanded its life skills curriculum to include technology, career, and business franchise training.
