Fall Programming

Supporting non profit organizations to start the process of helping students in their junior and senior years of high school. Fall is the time to begin creating a plan for a successful future. There are many paths towards success; a post secondary strategy will increase your earning power 3x. Quest for Excellence curriculum helps students begin that process.The final phase for those students that began in the Fall. The summer is a time to use the capacity tools and apply them to the world. Q4E will link students to business opportunities. We also use the summer to promote and highlight students and spread the knowledge to the next generation.

Spring Programming.

The 2nd phase of the life strategy is to re-visit the initial assumption to the goal setting process. Make any adjustments, begin to connect with a social network, align your goals to a more detailed action plan.High School Senior Bridging Program

We support the work of counselors, social workers, deans and equity coordinators, who identify students that need supplemental guidance navigating the transition to post secondary options. We begin interactions in April with group presentations to motivate seniors during the last stages prior to graduation, bridging the summer months. We’re an incentive based program that removes barriers for students, while recognizing the uncertainty of this transition period. We connect with the adults in the lives of students to help create a life plan they can support. Initial step is scheduling a school visit with prospective students.

FYE College Course

[Q4E] Founder will be teaching at North Hennepin Community College began Fall 2020. The First Year Experience [FYE] course is for incoming students that have made the brilliant decision to use college as a path towards their success. The class will focus on how to navigate college and boost your motivation to success.
